Wayne Hollinshead
Chairman
Wayne Hollinshead brings over 25 years of experience in the aerospace industry, having led global distribution businesses as Chief Executive Officer of Pattonair and President of Incora.
His career spans both OEM and MRO sectors, where he successfully scaled Pattonair into a $500 million enterprise backed by private equity.
Wayne’s leadership is rooted in a data and systems driven approach, complemented by a strong emphasis on team collaboration.
Outside of work, Wayne is a keen sports fan and enjoys family life with his wife Gemma and four children.
Nick Harvey
Chief Executive Officer
Founder of Mel Aviation Components in 2013, Nick brings over 20 years’ experience in the aerospace Used Serviceable Material (USM) and safety equipment sector.
Nick is passionate about providing the best quality customer experience and delivering value through strong supplier and customer relationships.
Andrew Humphreys
Chief Financial Officer
Andrew trained as a chartered accountant with PwC and has accumulated extensive experience in senior financial roles across various industries including retail, aerospace, technology and travel in private, public and Private Equity backed businesses.
He has worked in many international fast paced dynamic businesses driving growth through insight and analysis.
Andrew was an avid rugby player for many years and is a keen skier. He is married with two daughters and a grandson.
