Wayne brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the aerospace sector, having previously served as CEO of Pattonair and President at Incora. His deep expertise in supporting both OEM and MRO customers, combined with a data and systems driven approach, has been instrumental in scaling global distribution businesses, including building Pattonair into a $500 million enterprise.
